Return/ Exchange Policy

Please note all refunds are processed via store credit. 

All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your items. If 30 days have gone since receipt of your item, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange / store credit, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (We recommend trying on shoes indoors on a carpet to avoid any signs of wear)

To complete your return or exchange:

1. Send us an email at, so we can look out for your return. Include your name, order number and reason for return in your email.

2. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging.

3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable / exchangeable

Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit. 

4. Once we have received the package with your return You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your Exchange/Store Credit 

If approved, the Exchange/Store Credit request will be processed within 5 business days.

To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
