CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Our jewelry is made of titanium stainless steel and plated with 18K Gold (a vacuum three-layer electrochemical painting process) or 925 sterling silver, which means yes they are hypoallergenic, water and tarnish resistant! They are perfectly safe to wear in the pool/ocean when swimming, and sunbathing. They are also great for working out and resistant to sweat. 
• If your jewelry is exposed to water, use a cloth to pat dry.
• Allow perfumes and moisturizers to fully absorb before wearing your jewelry.
• After use, clean jewelry gently with a soft dry cloth to remove any oil or dust and restore shine.
• When not wearing your jewelry, store your beauties in a drawer out of direct sunlight. In a pouch or jewelry box.

All of our jewelry at Envie is hypoallergenic, which means we never use any lower base metals that commonly cause allergic reactions or turn your skin green.

The base of all of our jewelry is Stainless Steel, which is hypoallergenic and durable. Its a great choice for 'never-take-off' jewelry wearers.  Return and Exchange Policy for Jewelry:

If you are not happy with your order you can exchange or return your item(s) for store credit up to 14 days after ordering. Jewelry sets, must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you, with all original pieces included. We cannot accept partial or broken jewelry sets, for return or exchange (except it was damaged upon receipt).

Please note! You are responsible for return shipping fee. 

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings, due to sanitary reasons.

Damages and issues on Jewelry 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so Item(s) will be replaced. You do not have to send the defective products back. We just need a photo of defective products. At this point, we do not offer a repair service.
