How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours except on weekends.
After processing, orders takes 2-3 business days to be delivered.
NEXT DAY AIR is shipped same day, if ordered before 5pm on weekdays.

Orders are safely shipped from our distribution center in Chicago, IL.

We currently ship to the United States, as well as Canada.
Why can't I add certain items to my shopping cart?
This probably because the item that you are trying to add to your shopping cart is sold out. You can join our email list to be the first to know about restocks & new arrivals.
I made an online order but I have not received a confirmation email?
If an order was successfully placed online you will be prompted to receive an order number immediately after checkout to the emailaddressprovided, if you didn't input your email, then your order confirmation will be sent as an SMS to the phone number provided at checkout, If you are unsure if your order was placed or not please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org before making another purchase.
Can I make a phone order?
Currently our company is not set up to receive phone orders. All orders have to be made online through our secured site.
If I live locally, can I come pick up or exchange my items that I purchased?
At this moment we do not have a physical store, we are an online shoe store. All mail will be shipped out directly to the customer and all returns and/or exchanges mailed back to the company has to follow the return policy.
How do I apply the store coupon code?
When you're at the checkout page please enter the coupon code into the "Discount Codes" box and click "apply". The system will confirm if the coupon code is valid and apply the discount towards your purchase. Only ONE can be used for each order.
If I forgot to submit my coupon code at checkout, can you go back and adjust the price?
Any coupon codes offered at the time MUST be applied during checkout. Once your order has been submitted online, we will not be able to go in and make the adjustments to your order.
